We will do a mix of Road & Bike Path Rides. Also most of our Rides are designed for all skill levels & usually offer various mileage options. Everyone will feel Welcome. … The route is very scenic – mostly rural and along back roads – and it avoids traffic as much as possible. We depart early so that riders can get back to their families and lives on Sunday morning. I’ll be riding year round (weather permitting!) and hope you will join me on a regular basis. You don't have to be from Dorchester to participate - you can park around Ashmont or take the red line T to Ashmont station.
This group was established for cyclists of all levels and disciplines (road and mountain). You'll see that we're pretty focused on road for the time being but perhaps enough interest will actually form a group to tackle some local trails! This group is for people who may be interested in training for their first 5K as well as experienced athletes or triathletes up to ironman distance. The purpose of the group is focus strength training that is specific to their sport, provide coached workouts and provide online coaching services.
