To get cyclists in the Hampton Roads Region together for a variety of road rides in Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
This group started in June with the plan of catering to middle of the road female riders (no hybrids) who are interested in structured group rides (pace lines average speed 15 mph) on a regular basis. While riding for this level of rider will still be available on Saturdays, Sunday rides will have a different focus. So there will be a group for you to ride in regardless of your riding ability. After having met a few times, I see there are a number of women who want to develop riding skills and …

"If you only worry about falling off, you'll never get on the bike" ~ Lance Armstrong

The goal of this group is to meetup with others with similar interest, ride together if you like or just start together and see others at the finish. We want to keep the group active and …
