Different spokes for different folks! We're a group of fun-loving cyclists -- some serious about biking, some not so much. Distances range from 25 to 55 miles, with shorter rides early in the season. The Lake County Bicycle Group (LCBG) was established to connect casual long distance cyclists in the Lake County, IL area with other like-minded folks for camaraderie and fun! We enjoy riding on both roads and trails at a moderate pace of 10-14 mph for round-trip distances of 20 miles plus in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.
